أكد حاتم أبو الحصين أمين سر حركة فتح – إقليم شمال غزة على رفض حركة فتح لتقاطع إدارة وكالة الغوث مع المخططات الأمريكية والإسرائيلية لقهر إرادة شعبنا من خلال تجويعه وتضييق الخناق عبر التقليصات الخطيرة التي أصبحت نهجاً للوكالة في السنوات الأخيرة ، والتي يعاني فيها الشعب الفلسطيني من الفقر والبؤس في جميع المجالات نتيجة إنقلاب الإدارة الأمريكية ودولة الإحتلال على الشرعية الدولية والتغول على الحقوق الوطنية الفلسطينية العادلة والمشروعة .
وقد حذر أبو الحصين من إستمرار الوكالة في هذا السلوك الإجرامي تساوقاً وتنفيذاً لتعليمات ترامب ودولة الإحتلال ، مشيراً إلى أن حركة فتح لن تصمت أمام تصرفات الوكالة وتقليصات خدماتها التي تعتبر مخالفة للمبدأ التي نشأت من أجله.
وطالب أبو الحصين برحيل ماتيس شمالي الذي لم يعد مقبولاً وجوده لما يرتكبه من مخالفات وتعدي على حقوق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة لتمريره خطوات التقليصات التي تزيد من معاناة اللاجئين وتعمق الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في محاولات يائسة لتركيع شعبنا الذي يرفض التنازل عن حقوقه وكرامته الوطنية .

Abu al Hussein , who is the commander of Fateh movement _ North region , emphesised that Fateh movement refuses the combination of UN administarion and USA _ Israeli plans that aim to humilate the Palestinian’s volition through starving and increasing the seige , within the serious reductions which UN has followed in the recent years . Palestinian people have been suffering from poverty and misery in all fields of life as aresult of USA administration’s policy and Israeli occupation against international legitimacy , and the arrogance versus Palestinian national, equitable and legal rights.
Abu Al Hussein has warned UN of its ongoing criminal behaviour acheiving Trump and Israeli’s orders . He appointed that Fateh moverment will not be silent infront of UN policy and its reductions in services . This policy followed by UN is against what it aims to .
Hatem Abu Al Hussein has recommended that Matheas Shamally must be sacked for what he committed from violations against the Palestinian refugees’ rights in Gaza strip in order to pass his plans which increase the refugees’ suffering and deepen the economical and social crises, in failure endeavors to humiliate our people who refuse to give up his rights and national dignity .
